Orders placed on TicketNoble.com after 4:00 p.m. (CST) may not be processed the same day due to the fact that we obtain tickets throughout the United States in all time zones. In the instances when orders are not able to be processed on the same business day that they were ordered, they will be processed on the following morning.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Due to the nature of our business, delivery of special event tickets will depend upon availability. Delivery of some event tickets could be the same week as the event.
(Example: Final Four, Super Bowl etc.)
Clients will be paid quarterly. January 1st, April 28th, July 28th and November 28th. If your show is within the final mont of the quarterly payment, your show will be paid out the following quarter. These terms are made because we have no annual fees, and no membership fees. This is what makes us different and affordable, and different is greatness.
We cannot guarantee odd numbers of tickets or groups of tickets larger than two to be together, however, we will do everything in our power to fill those requests.
Problems specific to any order such as mistakes or discrepancies in seat location or hospitality items must be brought to our attention within forty eight (48) hours of receiving the tickets.
1. Postponement of all or partial events or time changes of an event due to weather, acts of God, armed conflict, or any other events such as civil unrest are beyond our control and therefore, no refunds will be given. It is your responsibility to contact us when an event is rescheduled regarding the use of your tickets and hospitality package. If the event itself is cancelled, TicketNoble.com will provide a refund, except the shipping and convenience charges. You must send in your tickets to receive a refund. Ticket Noble will provide a refund within 30 days after receiving purchasers tickets.

Any personal information obtained by TicketNoble.com for completion of an order will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling said order and we will never redistribute your personal information.
Shipping: If you have purchased tickets in the last 2 days or Ticket Noble is unable to ship them from the time of purchase, Ticket Noble will have your tickets at the venue's box office in a envelope. You must have your ID present for pick up. You will still be charged the shipping fee and convienence fee for this service, to secure your ticket to the show.
